A graduate of St. Louis University High School, Marquette University, and a Certified Public Accountant, Jim directs the firm with very basic principles: Focus, conviction, and work ethic.
These concepts have guided his career. Spending 8 years in public accounting, Jim encountered many entities in various industries that required sophisticated collection programs.
Moving to the collection world, Jim spent 7 years at a collection firm enhancing operations, productivity, and positioning the firm to offer new services and attract new clients.
Ownership was always a goal of Jim's. The chance to create career opportunities for staff and satisfied clients was the major factor to the development of the ARC.
Jim maintains a very active presence in the community with various charitable and civic groups.
Jim lives in Chesterfield with his wife, Pam and their four beautiful children: Kyerstin, Delaney, Campbell, and James Patrick "Buddy" III
